Note : Exterior insulation and finish system (EIFS) is a cladding system that provides exterior walls with an insulated, water-resistant and finished surface. Different thickness of foam will offer additional R-Value and the grooves in the back assures proper drainage in case of condesation occuring between the EIFS and wall.

Modern stucco can be applied as a layer-by-layer, or as an integral base and finish coat. It is usually a mix of Portland cement and water, but may also consist of a proprietary mix of additives including fibers and synthetic acrylics that add strength and flexibility.
