Note: A multi-way switch is a device that allows you to control the power supply to more than one electrical load. It works by supplying power from a single source and distributing it to different switches.

The first type of multi-way switch is called a three-way switch. This type of switch has three terminals and two switches. The first switch is used to turn on and off power from the source at any given time. The second switch can be used to control power in two directions: one direction will send power out of one terminal, while the other will send power out of another terminal.
